Description
My name is Debbie and Unboxed Counselling is my private practice. I found out that I am autistic later in life and have learned a lot about myself in doing so. Perhaps you are on a similar journey or maybe you have been expected to think, act or feel a certain way and you have felt restricted by that. That's why I've called my practice Unboxed. I can help you to find a more authentic you whether you are exploring an autism diagnosis or whether you just need someone to talk to. I work mainly online meaning I can see anyone in the UK and I also have some limited face to face availability in Hertfordshire. My specialism is working with neurodivergent adults but I am trained to work with a range of common mental health problems.

Contact me anytime and I will reply as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours). Counselling sessions usually take place during weekdays at standard office hours but there is some flexibility.
